OUR VIRTUAL EVENT IS A 90-MIN SESSION FOR TEEN GIRLS, WHICH INCLUDES A BOXING WORKOUT + DISCUSSION ABOUT HEALTHY WAYS TO MANAGE STRESS. In general, Boxing + Brunch is a half-day workout + workshop for teenage girls that helps build confidence through boxing and life skills. Girls learn boxing basics and then enjoy a social brunch. After brunch, they join life skills workshops, which include topics such as financial fitness, nutrition, body image, health, and how to manage stress. -------->>> Our longer virtual event will be similar, but will feature a series of sessions that will include a workout, discussions, and interactive activities all focused on confidence, life skills, and navigating life.
